Service Standard & Client Care Policy
At Florez Deep Clean, we deliver professional deep-cleaning services using industry-approved methods, material-appropriate processes, and careful handling of your home and furnishings. Our commitment is to provide consistent, high-quality results with transparency, accountability, and respect.
The following policies apply to all services performed by Florez Deep Clean.
Payment Policy
Payment is required immediately upon completion of service.
Florez Deep Clean does not offer delayed, conditional, performance-based, or satisfaction-based payment arrangements. Once service is completed, the balance is due in full regardless of post-service opinions, drying time, or future changes.
Any service-related concern is handled under our Service Guarantee and does not delay or withhold payment.
Service Guarantee & 48-Hour Re-Clean Policy
Florez Deep Clean stands behind the quality of its work.
If a service-related concern is identified, Florez Deep Clean will provide one complimentary re-clean of the affected area, provided the concern is reported within 48 hours of service completion.
The re-clean is limited to the original service scope and does not include new stains, new damage, or conditions caused by normal use, pets, moisture, humidity, flooring conditions, or environmental factors.
Concerns reported after 48 hours fall outside the service guarantee and are not covered.
Pre-Existing Conditions & Service Limitations
Florez Deep Clean is not responsible for pre-existing or inherent conditions, including but not limited to:

Wear, fading, sun damage, weakened fibers, loose dyes, or pet damage

Residue or reactions from prior cleanings or chemical treatments

Wick-back from old pet urine or deeply embedded contamination

Hidden or undisclosed damage not visible prior to service
Cleaning improves hygiene and appearance but does not restore textiles beyond their structural condition.
Floor, Wall & Property Protection
Protective measures such as floor mats, corner guards, and shoe covers are used during service.
However, Florez Deep Clean is not liable for reactions involving:

Water-sensitive hardwood

Improperly sealed or unfinished flooring

Delicate or moisture-sensitive surfaces
Responsibility for such conditions rests with the client.
Furniture Handling & Movement
Furniture is not moved unless explicitly requested or approved by the client.
When movement is approved, the client acknowledges that Florez Deep Clean is not responsible for:

Structural weakness or instability

Scratches or surface damage
-
Hidden or pre-existing issues revealed during movement
General Terms
Florez Deep Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was disclosed at the time of booking.
By scheduling and receiving service, the client agrees to the policies outlined above.
