Service Disclaimer & Satisfaction Policy

Florez Deep Clean LLC

At Florez Deep Clean, we operate with a satisfaction-first service model. We take every precaution to protect your home and ensure the highest professional standards. To maintain fairness, transparency, and clarity for both parties, the following policies apply to every service.

1. Satisfaction & Payment Policy (Only Pay When Satisfied)

  • Clients are invited to inspect the work before submitting payment.

  • Once payment is made, it confirms full satisfaction and official acceptance of the service.

  • After payment, the job is considered complete and approved by the client.

  • No refund or dispute will be accepted after payment unless the issue was raised before payment or within 48 hours (see below).

2. 48-Hour Concern Window

  • Any concern must be reported immediately or within 48 hours of service completion.

  • After 48 hours, Florez Deep Clean is not responsible for any issue, including new stains, odors, water marks, color change, fabric movement, or environmental reactions that may develop due to normal use, pets, moisture, flooring condition, or external factors.

3. Pre-Existing Condition Disclaimer

Florez Deep Clean is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wear, fading, loose dye, fiber weakness, pet damage, or sun exposure

  • Old chemical residues or previous cleaning reactions

  • Wick-back from older pet urine or deeply embedded stains (which may resurface after drying)

  • Any previous damage not visible or disclosed before cleaning

4. Floor, Wall & Property Protection

We use corner guards, floor protection mats, and shoe covers during every service.
However:

  • Florez Deep Clean is not liable for reactions on water-sensitive hardwood, unfinished floors, or delicate surfaces.

  • If a floor or surface is previously damaged, improperly sealed, or moisture-sensitive, the client assumes all responsibility.

5. Furniture Handling Policy

  • We do not move furniture unless explicitly approved by the client.

  • If the client requests or approves movement, they understand and accept that Florez Deep Clean is not responsible for structural weakness, scratches, instability, or hidden damage that becomes exposed or worsens during or after movement.

6. Final Release of Liability

By approving the finished work and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that:
✔ They are fully satisfied with the results
✔ They release Florez Deep Clean from any further liability related to the service
✔ Any issue reported after 48 hours will not be covered
